Advocacy & Support Services
Life can be challenging to navigate when systems, services, or everyday environments aren’t built with everyone in mind. That’s where we come in.
As an independent contractor, I work alongside people with impairments to make sure their voice is heard, their rights are respected, and their choices are supported. My role is to stand with you, not just speak for you.
What I Offer
- Advocacy – helping you understand your rights, speaking up with or on your behalf, and making sure your needs are respected.
- Practical Support – walking alongside you in day-to-day life, whether it’s appointments, accessing community services, or navigating funding systems.
- Independent Living Assistance – supporting you to build confidence, independence, and control in the areas of life that matter most to you.
- System Navigation – helping with individualized funding, disability support, government agencies, and other services so you can focus on living your life.
- Collaboration – working together with your family, whānau, or chosen supports to ensure you have a strong network around you.
Our Approach
Respect. Inclusion. Partnership.
I believe that people with impairments should have the same opportunities, dignity, and independence as anyone else. My approach is to listen first, understand what matters most to you, and then walk alongside you to make it happen.
Who I Work With
- People with physical, intellectual, or sensory impairments
- Families and whānau seeking extra support
- Community organizations needing collaboration and guidance
